Farmacista di professione, si è formata presso l'associazione francese Association Roger Vittoz (ARV) attraverso un percorso percorso certificato.
Dopo l'apprendimento e l'esercizio personale del metodo dal 1998 al 2001, è stata ammessa alla formazione per diventare “praticienne” sotto la guida della dottoressa Colette Corm, psichiatra e formatrice ARV.Ha conseguito il titolo di “praticienne del Metodo Vittoz” nell'estate 2012.
